Social Media is a conduit. I’ve written about this in previous post’s here and here. Podcamp Pittsburgh 4 is coming up and I have to say it’s been an eventful year since Podcamp 3. My Podcast was in decline just prior to Podcamp and I was considering hanging it up. I almost didn’t even attend and that would have been a shame. I ended up going to the AIP and had a great time taking away a few skills and saving the show. Social Media helped introduce BEV to many folks and introduced many folks to BEV. The culmination of the year for Jen and I was the great time we had with people we would have never met had it not been for Pittsburgh’s vibrant Social Media community as we hosted the July 4th Independence Day celebration at The BEV Lounge Annex. Can’t wait for Podcamp Pittsburgh 4, if you’re on the fence about whether or not to attend….have your butt there! BEV Out.

I wanted to spend some time with my daughter Danielle, so we headed down to the strip got some Pizza Steaks at Peppi’s and I finally got around to visiting the History Center. If you haven’t been there….get there! Now after reviewing this piece it is obvious that my camera was in my pocket way more than it was working. I will do a follow up review in the near future that will do more justice to this outstanding local resource. This place is big and you could spend a whole day just studying glass, which I did not document. Enjoy ladies and gentlemen, we sure did!
